synchromesh /'sÇŋkrǝƱmeʃ/ n [U] လိုသည့္ဂီယာကို လြယ္ကူ ေခ်ာေမြ႕စြာ သြင္းေစႏိုင္ ေသာ အရိွန္ေျပာင္းကိရိယာ။
