၁။ ~ sb (into sth/ doing sth ) ဖျောင်းဖျ သည်။ အယုံသွင်းသည်။ ဖြားယောင်းသည်။ Please try and persuade her (to come with us). ❍ She is easily persuaded. ❍ He can persuade himself into believing anything he wants to believe.
၂။ ~ sb (of sth) (rather fml ) (esp passive) ဘဝင်ကျစေသည်။ ယုံကြည်လက်ခံစေသည်။ I am not fully persuaded by the evidence. ❍ She finally persuaded us that she was telling the truth. ❍ He was eventually persuaded of the value of regular exercise.
